In September of 2019, Just Food launched its crusing cupboard. The Cruising Cupboard is Just Food’s mobile food pantry. It provides access to food in rural areas and to people in Douglas County who are facing food apartheid.

Chef Paola Ramirez and I catered the Cruising Cupboard’s ribbon cutting ceremony. We utilized produce and edible flowers from the farm to put together this small bites menu.
